announces this exclusive event for hospitals and healthcare organizations.

MCFARLAND, Wisconsin – July 22, 2026 — Today, Amtelco announced the return of the annual Healthcare Leadership & Education Seminar, its exclusive conference for hospitals and
healthcare organizations. The three-day event will take place at The Edgewater Hotel in Madison from September 15-17, 2026, bringing together hospital call center leaders, telecommunications professionals, healthcare IT teams, executive decision-makers, industry speakers, and Amtelco leadership and software staff. In recognition of Amtelco’s 50th anniversary this year, the conference will have a disco theme.

The conference is designed to address current hospital call center challenges and explore technologies that improve workflows and call stats for a better patient experience and happier call center employees. This year, the featured keynote speaker is Erica Olenski, BCPA, CPXP, eFACHDM. She is a healthcare strategist, patient advocate, nonprofit founder, and nationally recognized speaker focused on the intersection of healthcare innovation, technology, and lived experience. Presentations from both Amtelco customers and staff, as well as focused roundtable discussions, interactive panel discussions, and hands-on technical workshops, offer unique
insights and creative solutions for the hospital call center industry.

Key topics slated for the 2026 agenda include all things AI, integrations, call center efficiency, workflows, patient-focused outcomes, and scripting. Each day offers many opportunities to
network with peers, as well as enjoying time together during planned meals and outings. Attendees consistently report that they appreciate the networking opportunities and purposeful
learning. One attendee who participates each year says, “I attend Amtelco’s Seminar to gain more knowledge about Amtelco products to solve workflow and process issues. Learning what others are doing and collaborating with peers is helpful.”
